With a combined 40 years of experience in the sales and lettings industry, Michael and Gail have dedicated their careers to helping landlords acquire properties and explore various investment strategies. Over the years, they’ve consistently evaluated different approaches, and one clear winner emerged — the HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) strategy, which proved to offer the highest yields by far.
Five years ago, they began developing their own HMO properties, creating impressive returns and exceptional yields. What started as a passion has now grown into a strategic development focus, particularly in Devon, where they’ve built a strong portfolio of high-yielding HMOs.
Today, Hus Moose is expanding beyond Devon, exploring new investment opportunities across the country.
